Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! We only use door supervisors who have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence Card. They will have completed accredited
training such as Level 2 Door Supervisor, Physical Intervention & Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW).
Yes! We will look at your licence requirements before deployment. Our door supervisors will complete age checks (Challenge
25), use calibrated clickers to ensure we don’t exceed capacity & we will have compliant incident books.
We have cover available 24/7 in London, Birmingham & Manchester. In the case of sickness or a sudden increase in numbers
we can get licensed staff on site within 2-4 hours.
Searching is a contractual requirement. If a customer refuses to be searched we will politely refuse them entry. If we find any
illegal weapons or controlled drugs we will safely confiscate them & pass them onto the police.
Yes! We strongly recommend using a mixture of both genders. Female door supervisors are essential to legally search female
customers & help vulnerable female customers in the bathrooms & quiet areas.
Our first step will always be to de-escalate using verbal methods. If we need to physically intervene to protect our customers &

Yes! Dispersal is an important part of your licence. We will be outside your doors for up to 30 minutes after closing to help
